The Last French Car We Ever Buy

Great..! GREAT! JUST FUCKING EXCELLENT!

The Mrs. car broke down completely yesterday… perfect!
We had some trouble with it overheating on the way to my brother’s birthday dinner, so I refilled the water. Nope, it was still overheating, so I checked the water again only to find that steam was leaking from from the radiator.

We had to drive further as we were on the highway, and shortly after the engine stalls. In the middle of the fucking highway. I popped the hood open, had a quick look and to be honest you don’t have to be a mechanic to see that the top gasket had bust. Oil gushing from the block, and white smoke all over the place.

Car has been salvaged and placed at a shop, who have just looked at it. And the news isn’t great.

Pricetag for work needed: around NOK 20.000 (roughly estimated £ 1800-2000 – $ 2500)
Aaaaand… that’s not happening.

German cars win. French cars FAIL!
